With mindfulness we learn how to deal better with stress and difficult emotions, possibly spend less energy on worrying and find more moments of joy, peace, and inner stillness in our busy lives. We practice to experience each moment with awareness and learn to notice the mind’s tendency to wander off, it’s worrying about the past and the future, and that there actually is room for a choice!

It is no longer a secret that meditation has a positive effect on physiological and psychological well-being. Numerous studies show the positive effect of mindfulness on our health. But what is it about? This training is about active learning in which you build on the strength you already have.  So that you can do something yourself to improve your health and well-being.  It's about your mind and body and how you can really learn to be in a better relationship with both of them. It is an invitation to experiment with the practice of mindfulness and its application in everyday life. We learn to look at events from a new and different perspective so that there is more room for ideas, problem-solving approaches and creative action. We do not have to be trapped by automatic stress reactions Learning mindfulness is a process that unfolds and deepens over time as you learn to connect with yourself again.

 
 
 
 

Group

Individual

 

In the group setting (max 12 participants), you learn In the lessons you learn  practice-related direct experience of mindfulness tools (such as meditation, movement exercises). Each session consists of experiencing through exercises and introduction of relevant topics (eg self-perception, communication, stress, behaviour change)

In an individual course the timing is more flexible and can be adjusted to your schedule.  Additionally there are more possibilities for personal contact and deepening .

  •  Integration at the workplace: 6 sessions a 60 min
  •  Practice-related direct experience of mindfulness tools (such as meditation, movement exercises).
  •  Each session consists of experiencing through exercises and introduction of relevant topics (eg self-perception, communication, stress, behaviour change)
  • Embedding of experience in neuroscience background
  • Applying and integrating learned skills in private and professional contexts
  • Learning new ways of dealing with stress and change behavioural patterns
  • Immediate effect on the working day if sessions are during working hours.
